The SP-4302 Seated Row is a premium commercial strength machine designed to provide effective and controlled back training while accommodating users of different sizes and training levels. Its ergonomic design combines an adjustable seat and chest pad with self-adjusting handles to create a comfortable and biomechanically sound rowing position.
The pivoting and rotating grips naturally adapt to the user's movement, helping maintain focus on the back muscles throughout the exercise. The independent exercise arms allow both unilateral and bilateral training, making it possible to train both sides of the body together or independently. This is particularly useful for identifying and correcting muscular imbalances.
The gas-assisted seat adjustment provides smooth and stable positioning, while the adjustable chest pad helps establish the correct range of motion and training position. The machine also features side-access weight adjustment, a fully enclosed weight stack and durable commercial-grade construction.
A 115 kg weight stack provides substantial resistance for progressive back training. The integrated rep/time counter allows users to monitor their workout, while the built-in storage tray on top of the weight tower provides convenient space for a smartphone or water bottle.
